THE PROCESS
Planning your wedding is an exciting journey, and capturing those moments is just as important. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book your wedding photography services with Memories In a Pocket.
STEP 1
The first step in booking your wedding photography is to schedule an inquiry call. This is an opportunity for us to collaborate and discuss what you envision for your special day. We can connect in a way that is most convenient for you— whether it's in person, a video call, or a phone call. This initial meeting is crucial for understanding your preferences and getting to know each other better.​

STEP II
Once you're ready to proceed, the next step is to officially book me as your photographer. This involves signing a contract online and paying a 50% non-refundable retainer fee within a week. This step secures your date and ensures that I am reserved exclusively for your wedding day.​

STEP III
After booking, I will email you a personalized style guide. This guide is crafted to help you plan for your photography session, offering tips and suggestions to make the most of your day. I will be in communication with you throughout this process to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

STEP IV
As your wedding day approaches, make sure to pay the remaining balance on your invoice; usually within 30-days of your wedding date. Then, it’s time for your big day! My goal is to create a fun and laid-back atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your day and forget the camera is even there. This approach helps in capturing genuine and joyful moments.

After your wedding day, I will edit and prepare your high-resolution images. You will receive these final images through an online photography gallery sent via email within 6-24 weeks. This gallery allows you to download all your images and includes printing rights, so you can create lasting memories in any format you choose.
